Booth Application

Greetings, potential exhibitor!

This year, to control our space, we’ll be having a very limited number of slots for booths, so make sure to send in your application as soon as possible! If slots are full, we will put you on wait list.

We will be accepting both full and half sales booths this year.
Just note in the comments if you only wish to do a display.

FULL BOOTH

  • 6×2 ft table space
  • 2 chairs
  • 50% of your merchandise must be BJD-related. You may sell other things as well.
  • Food booths are on hold, please wait for further instruction.
  • Free Tiangge entrance for 2 people (you and your companion)
  • Also counts as a display booth (if you have dolls) and is automatically entered into the Booth Display Contest
  • BOOTH PRICE: 2000PhP

HALF BOOTH

  • 3×2 ft table space
  • 1 chair
  • 50% of your merchandise must be BJD-related. You may sell other things as well.
  • Food booths are on hold, please wait for further instruction.
  • Free Tiangge entrance for 1 person (you)
  • Also counts as a display booth (if you have dolls) and is automatically entered into the Booth Display Contest
  • BOOTH PRICE: 1000PhP

Take note that your booth will not be added to the list until you pay.

Booth applications will be open until July 28, 2017 or until slots are filled.
DEADLINE for booth payments is STRICTLY 2 weeks after application or else your slot will be forfeited.
Any booth applications made from July 14th onwards will be due on July 28.
